CES has been involved in preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities for large number of projects including preparation of Bills of quantities from site Preparation, Earthworks, Concrete works, Blockworks, Brickworks, stonework, Roofing and carpentry, Joinery works, Electrical installations, Domestic and Waste water installations, Stormwater installations, Mechanical installations, Finishing and Painting and decorations including external works such as fencing, carpark ,Drainage and landscaping:

In Tanzania construction Industry, CES has carried our various consultancy services Building Projects from the inception to commissioning stage. The following projects were executed by CES:
- Proposed Construction Wama-Nakayama Secondary School, Nyamisati Rufiji. Laboratory and Vertical Extension of Administration Block. The Client is WAMA Foundation, Dar es salaam Tanzania founded by First Lady, Mama Salma Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, The wife of the president of United Republic of Tanzania. Executed in year 2015 .
- Proposed Construction of Shops for Mr. MILYANGO RUPIA, on Plot #2 and 3, at kariakoo, Dar es salaam. Matrika Global is a private client for CES.
- Proposed Construction Wama-Nakayama Secondary School, Nyamisati Rufiji. Erection and completion of Three staff Houses, Two classroom Block and Two Dormitory Blocks. - Construction of Mnindi primary school: Erection and completion of Classrooms, two staff houses, Toilets, dining hall ata Vigwaza, Pwani Region. The Client was ASANTE SANA FOR EDUCATION AND KIBAHA MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, Project executed in 2012-2013.
- Construction of more 10 Secondary Schools in Tanzania under TASAF funds financed by WORLD BANK. Client was Tanzania Social action Fund. Building services including classrooms, laboratories, Ablutions, Dining Halls, Computer blocks, Science Blocks, Libraries, Dormitories, Dispensaries and staff Houses, Chemistry and Biology blocks, Administration blocks, Agricultural blocks, Commerce blocks, Physics laboratories, Headmasters House and teachers houses. 2003, 2006.
- Proposed Warehouse for New Habari Corporation, Sinza, Kinondoni Municipality- Dar es salaam. Sublet by MHANDISI. Project executed 2013.
