We have been quantifying and certifying approximate quantities and detailed firm quantities such as final measured quantities. CES engages mainly three types of Bill of Quantities in order to meet the client requirements. Elemental Bill of Quantities, Traditional Bill of Quantities and Operational bill of Quantities.
For large scale construction projects we advise you to use Elemental and Trade Bill of Quantities. But for individual, small scale construction such as residential houses we mostly advise you to use Operational Bill of Quantities abbreviated as OBOQ.

In supervision projects we have saved client`s budget by cost control in order to avoid cost overrun of the projects. Many projects experience cost overruns because of lack of control of the construction costs. Cost overruns simply mean budget deficit for the construction, which means the client falls short of money to complete the construction. No client is happy about cost overruns. CES has been controlling costs from preliminary cost estimate, cost of construction and maintenance costs. CES has become life-cycle cost controller to all clients, small and big.
WE ARE PROJECT ESTIMATORS
CES makes project approximate estimates for all projects such as roads, building, water and environment and Oil and gas before the client makes decision for investment. We normally use Gross Floor area method for building per square meters. And we used unit method for road per km of the road based on the market prices. In very few case we use basic price indices. At the preliminary or inception stage of the project, we can tell you how much you shall spend after design.
