CES carries out services on Project Appraisal; Investment Appraisal; Feasibility studies; Economic Analysis; Cost planning; Cost Control; Life cycle Costing; Preparation of Tenders; Tender analysis and valuation; Bills of Quantities; Cash flow forecast; Claims evaluation; Final account and Settlement of contractual disputes; project and Engineering management. These services are categorised into Pre-contract and Post Contract Services.
Specific Services
CES has rendered pre-contract services which Includes, TANZAM Highways, Trunk roads, Regional roads and Private Driveways with related structures such as Drainage structures, Bridges, Box culverts and pipe culverts. His proficient covers preparation of Tender documents, cost estimates, contracts management, and tender evaluations, Measurement of road quantities of Earthworks, Pavement layers from natural subbase to wearing course with Asphalt concrete and double or single surface Dressing, Road incidentals such as road marking and signing and landscaping, works supervision and projects management.
CES has been involved in preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities for large number of projects including preparation of Bills of quantities on Rehabilitation and new road works. Her input in Tanzania construction Industry from feasibility studies stage of the projects, Preliminary design, Detailed Design, Construction stage, Commissioning stage and Money value Audit of road project is very high.

- Dar es salaam Regional Road Projects, Sublet by Giant Finance Contractors Limited.
- Consultancy Services for Preventive Technical Audit of Road Maintenance works executed by Tanzania National Road Agency (TANROADS), Prime Ministers Office, Regional Administration and Local Government and Ministry of Works (MOW) for financial year 2013/14 and FY 2014/15. - Improvement of Surface Water Drainage Systems in Dar-es-Salaam Metropolitan Area in Support of Preparation of the proposed DMDP. Stage I – Feasibility Study and Preliminary Engineering Studies, SUBLET BY COWI CONSULTING ENGINEERS.
- Upgrading of Bagamoyo- Msata to Bitumen Standard Road-TANROADS. Associated to APEX CONSULTING ENGINEERS.
