CES has executed many building project assignments during supervision  which includes Remeasurement of Contract bills using both contract drawings and physical measurement on site according to measurement preambles and standard method of measurement, Cost control through checking contractors interim payment certificate, Evaluation of claims, interim valuation of works for Payment certificates, measurement Variations on site based on site instructions and contract measurement preambles including dayworks, cost adjustment due to variation of prices materials, labour and plants, Final measurements of permanent works for Final Accounts and Preparation of Final statement and Final accounts.

Building construction Projects:

CES has been engaged by many clients, both private and public clients, private and public developers and investors because of high tech professional skills in consultancy services. WAMA foundation has been our potential client for last three years. CES has been selected based on our competency in construction industry. We have been shortlisted as a single source consulting firm and we have been awarded both design and supervision as project managers for project management.

  1. New Supervision Projects

     Recently, CES has been awarded the following building projects:

  • Wama-Nakayama Secondary School, Nyamisati Rufiji. Proposed Laboratory and Vertical Extension of Administration Blocks for WAMA Foundation which was founded by first lady, Mama Salma Jakaye Mrisho Kikwete. The project is financed by NAKAYAMA of Japan.

  • Proposed Construction of Shops for Mr. MILYANGO RUPIA, on Plot #2 and 3, at Kariakoo, Dar es salaam. Matrika Global is a private client for this Project
  1. Projects Practically Completed

All projects have been practically completed successfully with most of them under defect liability periods. CES Clients have obtained their value for the monies invested in their projects on time, with standard quality and optimum costs. CES has saved money for WAMA between 5-20% of the actual cost due to high and careful cost planning and control.

  • Wama-Nakayama Secondary School, Nyamisati Rufiji. Proposed  Three staff Houses, Two classroom Block and Two Dormitory Blocks for WAMA Foundation, Dar es salaam Tanzania.
  • Proposed office and Laboratory building for plant health services section of ministry of agriculture and food security at Kurasini,Temeke, Dar es salaam. The Client for this prpject is Said Salim Bakhresa and Co. Ltd

  • Proposed Temeke Secondary School A-Level Classrooms, Staff room and Laboratory . Client for this school is Temeke Secondary School .

  • Proposed construction of Mnindi primary school including Classrooms, Dining hall, Administration block and two staff houses, vigwaza, Pwani.The client for this project is ASANTE SANA FOR EDUCATION.
