His proficient covers preparation of Tender documents, cost estimates, contracts management, and tender evaluations, Measurement of road quantities of Earthworks, Pavement layers from natural subbase to wearing course with Asphalt concrete and double or single surface Dressing, Road incidentals such as road marking and signing and landscaping, works supervision and projects management.

CES has been involved in preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities for large number of projects including preparation of Bills of quantities on Rehabilitation and new road works. These includes Water Supply Transmission Systems from existing water river intake, Bore Drilling/Rehabilitation and Spring water; Rehabilitation works of Distribution Systems, Improvement of Primary Distribution Systems, Reticulation and consumer connections, Reservoirs and tanking, Pumping and Booster Stations, City sewerage systems like Rehabilitation of sewerage systems and waste stabilization ponds, New Waste water stabilization ponds, Trunk sewer and Sewer Reticulations, Builders works such as Office blocks, Laboratory, Residential houses, Guard Houses, Drainage systems, Fencing works and service roads; Treatment Plants structures such as Raw water intake structures, Sand Trap, Flocculator, Aluminum Dosing Plant, Sedimentation tank, Drying bed, Rapid sand Filters, Chlorine Dosing plant and Clear water concrete tank; Mechanical Installations, Electrical installations and Domestic water installations.

CES has been involved in preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities for large number of projects including preparation of Bills of quantities from site Preparation, Earthworks, Concrete works, Blockworks, Brickworks, stonework, Roofing and carpentry, Joinery works, Electrical installations, Domestic and Waste water installations, Stormwater installations, Mechanical installations, Finishing and Painting and decorations including external works such as fencing, carpark ,Drainage and landscaping: The following were executed:

  • Design and Supervision of Proposed construction of Wama-Nakayama secondary school  Nyamisati, Rufiji- Three double family houses, Classrooms blocks, Two Dormitories, Administration blockand Laboratory
  • Design and Supervision of Wama-Nakayama Secondary School, Nyamisati Rufiji. Proposed Laboratory and Vertical Extension of Administration Blocks for WAMA Foundation which was founded by first lady, Mama Salma Jakaye Mrisho Kikwete. The project is financed by NAKAYAMA of Japan.
  • Proposed Temeke Secondary School A-Level Classrooms, Staff room and Laboratory. Client for this school is Temeke Secondary School
  • Design and supervision of proposed construction of Mnindi primary school including Classrooms, Dining hall, Administration block and two staff houses, vigwaza, Pwani.The client for this project is ASANTE SANA FOR EDUCATION.
